I do! I am in network with Aetna and BCBS insurance plans. Check your insurance plan for out of network benefits. They often reimburse you for a good bit of the cost of sessions!

I do not offer in-person sessions at my office. I do, however, offer walk & talk sessions in Salado, Texas for that in-person connection.
Quite frequently, exposure therapy will have us outside the office and meeting in-person as well. I’ve exposure work with clients around body image, food, OCD contamination, and much more!
We will be seeing each other in our work together, it just may not be in four walls sitting together :D

I am only licensed in Texas! That means, you must be a Texas resident for me to work with you :)

I schedule sessions Monday - Thursday from 9am to 3pm. I have evening appointments on Thursdays (currently full). I occasionally schedule walk & talk sessions on Fridays and Saturdays as my schedule allows!
