Hi friends, I’m Bobbie.

It is my joy and honor to help you love your life, like your body + calm your anxious mind.

I am so glad you are here. My name is Bobbie Shae Melton, LPC. You can call me Bobbie! I help teens and adults age 16+ learn how to break free from disordered eating, chronic dieting, negative body image, high anxiety, and obsessive thinking. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD, and anxiety in my practice.

If your life is ruled by the food you eat, your emotions feel out of control, and you’re stuck in unhealthy habits you just can’t seem to shake, you’ve come to the right place. Imagine a life where you feel at home in your mind, at peace with your body, and free around food, and know that this life is possible for you.

I bring high empathy + conviction, a side of quirkiness, and a splash of lived experience into the therapy room. I am rooted in evidence-based therapeutic approaches to heal your relationship with mind, body and food, and flowing in flexibility to fit your individual path and values. Tactful talking, hands-on practicing, a bit of fun, and a whole lot of healing is my vibe.
