Your life doesn’t fit nicely into on-the-hour commitments? No problem. We created a second version of this planner with fill-in-the-blank hour times to best fit your life.
How to use:
In the morning, notice your mood (content, low energy, down, motivated, determined, etc.).
Pick a daily value you’d like to stick to living out for the day. A value is a direction with purpose and meaning you’d like your life to head towards. These are different than goals, which are things we wish to accomplish. Values are how you want to show up on this Earth. Ex: family, connection, mindfulness, intentional, loving, caring, self-acceptance, etc.
Set your top priorities in your different life domains, and create your daily schedule.
In the evening, reflect on wins, challenges, and gratitudes from the day. You can plan for the next day, and you have a spot to brain dump anything you’d like to get out of your head and onto paper before you wind down for the evening.
This product is best used on Goodnotes on your IPad, or a similar digital set up.
